Japan-Poland Student Conference 2021 Application
Information
Conference Dates:
September 10-16, 2021 (7 days including arrival & departure days)
Site:
Nagoya-Aichi, Tsuruga-Fukui, Japan or online
Applicant eligibility:
Those who are in a university, college, graduate school or other equivalent
faculties.
Those who have a strong interest in Japan and Poland, and are eager to support
and promote the better relation and integration between the two countries.
Those who can attend all the meetings or online meetings for the conference.
Notes:
*We will strongly welcome those who are willing to join the executive committee
of 2022.
Recruitment numbers (about):
Japanese delegates: 10, Polish delegates: 10
Note:
*Prior knowledge or experience of the topic is not required.
Participation Fee:
Offline: 10,000 yen – 30,000 yen
(ONLINE: 5,000 yen)
Notes:
*The fee is including meals, transportation, and accomodation during our
conference.
*Applicants should prepare round trip tickets to Nagoya.
Language:
English, Japanese and Polish
Note:
*Submitting a language proficiency test is not mandatory, but it will be helpful when we choose representatives.

*Recruitment is open during 13st. March – 9th April, 2021
*Because of the COVID-19, we probably change our conference’s form and
finally decide it on Mai.

After the submission of your application, we will receive dates for a 20-minute
interview taking place on zoom. (The interview will be conducted on one of the
following dates: 17, 18th. April 2021.)
The final result will be notified in the following weeks after interview.
