We focused primarily on the following aspects:
- Politics: Lecture on Polish-Japanese history by the professor
- Business: Lectures on business trends and prospects for Polish-Japanese business conducted by experts and business people on a daily basis. Participants also visited a company.
- Culture: Cultural exchange with students of the University of Warsaw and the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
- History: A visit to Wejherowo, a city where Siberian children lived – Polish children from Siberia rescued by the Japanese authorities – after returning to their homeland.
On the last day of the event, September 14, 2019, a conference closing gala was held, during which the participants gave their presentations. It was a public ceremony.
